Why aren’t White Collar Worker Unions more popular in the U.S.?

I’ve been wondering about this for some time now. I think there’s enough unfair treatment in the office workplace that proper representation would help.

mostly because companies hate unions and have ways to discourage the forming of them. I agree with you that there is unfair treatment in most workplaces. We have more rights as citizens than we do as employees. People have a hard time forming unions because it requires cooperation with co-workers, and there is always a few people who would rather brown nose then do what is best for everybody.
